Mission Statements

career options

One of my goals as the FES school counselor is to introduce students to a multitude of career choices and encourage students to explore different options that interest them.  At this early age it is critical that young children be exposed to many different opportunities so as their personal interests grow they begin to establish goals and dreams for their future.  This aligns with both the FISD and FES school counselor’s mission statements.

  • The Mission of Fairfield Independent School District is to educate all children attending our school. All students will develop essential skills and a knowledge base on which to build lifelong learning." Fairfield ISD Mission Statement

  • The mission of Fairfield Elementary’s counseling program is to be a comprehensive counseling program as outlined by the ASCA national model that provides proactive and reactive services that builds strong character in students and strengthens their academic, behavioral, and career awareness by nurturing relationships with teachers, administrators, and parents.  FES Counselor Mission Statement
